The leader of the Movement for Change (M4C) says he would elect half of his members from NPP and NDC Members of Parliament Alan Kyerematen says he would be doing this in fulfillment of a constitutional requirement He said he would only select his ministers based on their individual merits and not on their political parties.

He said this decision is influenced by the constitutional stipulation which mandates presidents to select at least 50% of their cabinet members from parliament.
