Bishop Salifu Amoako’s 16-year-old son sentenced to six months at the Senior Correctional Centre for causing a fatal East Legon car crash.
A court has sentenced the 16-year-old son of Bishop Elisha Salifu Amoako to six months in a correctional facility after he pled guilty to charges, including two counts of manslaughter.
The teenager, driving without a license, caused a collision in East Legon that killed two young girls. He admitted to taking his mother’s car without permission during a party.
Investigators confirmed reckless driving as the accident’s cause. While the boy and his passenger survived, the victims in the other car died in a fire triggered by the crash.
