A devastating fire broke out early Friday morning in Kumasi Alabar, reducing a wooden structure to ashes. Eyewitnesses say the blaze destroyed the building before firefighters arrived at the scene.

Frustrated residents accused the Ghana National Fire Service of arriving late, leading to the total loss of property. They voiced their anger by verbally attacking and hooting at the firefighters.

Although no casualties were reported, the affected family has been left homeless, losing all their belongings. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the fire.
